Turbo rocket vessel is a tech used for faster travelling to Moon and (not the fastest way) to Mars. They can be researched for 1.000.000.000.000 and require oil and aluminum. They can be mounted on a space platform for 1.000.000.000. They shorten the time required to land on moon by 12 hours (from earth to moon is 24 hours and from mars to moon is 1 month). Their construction is similar to ARVs. Once a TRV is used, it's gone. When you're landing on the moon for the first time (from a space platform), it has 1 in 3 chance to fail.
